The Cocoa Exchange

A sensory approach to chocolate, movement, and awareness. We don’t just create chocolate.

We explore how it is experienced — in the body, in the senses, and in the moment.

‍ ‍. From handcrafted cacao to workplace activation,

‍ ‍ The Cocoa Exchange connects taste, posture, and presence.

Why Chocolate?

Modern life overwhelms the senses.

Attention fragments. Breathing shortens.

The nervous system stays switched on.

This chocolate is designed differently.

Aroma. Texture. Form.

Each piece invites pause and deliberate attention.

That shift — from rush to awareness — is the reset.

Crafted Through The Cocoa Exchange

Sensory Reset evolved from years working through The Cocoa Exchange — exploring aroma, structure and form in chocolate.

Aromatic Chocolate

While working with L’Artisan Parfumeur and Viktor & Rolf, I was commissioned to explore whether chocolate could carry fragrance.

After weeks of experimentation, a discovery emerged.

Aroma could transfer through gentle diffusion using pure cocoa butter and airtight containers.

This allowed chocolate to absorb delicate perfume notes without overwhelming its natural flavour.

A quiet breakthrough revealing how aroma, structure and attention can work together.

The Form

Chocolate is rarely considered as an object.

Here, form matters.

Each piece is designed for weight, proportion and tactile feedback.

To slow handling.

To deepen aroma.

To extend attention.

Geometry is intentional.

So is the pause.

Sensory Chocolate Experience – London

Designed for workplace wellbeing, corporate events, and activation days, it offers a unique way to experience chocolate through the body and the senses.

Available across London for offices, coworking spaces, and private group experiences.

Chocolate as Object

Chocolate can be more than confectionery.

It can be an object

Something to hold.

Something to examine slowly.

Weight, surface and geometry influence how flavour unfolds.

Before Present & Perfect, there was The Cocoa Exchange

An early exploration of handcrafted chocolate —

aroma, geometry and the ritual of attention.

Flavour unfolds when we slow down.
